Supply Chain Manager (E2E)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role encompasses strategic and tactical responsibilities across demand and supply planning, warehouse management, and logistics execution, ensuring seamless product flow and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of accurate demand forecasts and supply plans to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and inventory optimization.
- Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient space utilization, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety standards.
- Implement best practices in inventory control, cycle counting, and stock rotation.
- Drive automation and digitalization initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including carrier selection, freight negotiations, and delivery performance.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective transportation solutions while maintaining high service levels.
- Resolve logistics issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6 supply chain professionals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and support career development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in planning, warehouse operations, and logistics.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
