A growing retailer in NYC is looking for a Supply Planner will oversee processes and provide the analysis for accurate forecasting to emerge and lead the way for multiple business units. This role will be heavily involved in the analysis and planning of the weekly wholesale orders, communicating with suppliers, and managing the changing markets as the company looks to continue expand business operations!
The Supply Planner will be responsible for:
- Overseeing weekly wholesale orders
- Submitting and entering any new purchase orders
- Identify sales and profit opportunities/liabilities and make recommendations
- Collaborate with Demand Planning to ensure accurate flow of goods
- Run and analyze daily/weekly sales and inventory reports
- Maintaining inventory model across distribution channels
- Ensure all information is updated and accurate
The Supply Planner should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, retail management, or other related fields
- 3+ years of supply planning experience in a retail/fashion environment
- Wholesale experience is a must
- Experience with planning software (implementation experience is a PLUS)
- Expert in Microsoft Excel
- B2C experience is a PLUS
This is a hybrid position in New York City, looking for someone who is able to start ASAP.
