Salary: $120,000 + 10% Bonus

Summary:
The Sales Manager will lead and manage sales operations for a premier home remodeling company, overseeing a team of experienced Sales Executives. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing sales performance, and expanding market presence across the United States. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in B2C sales, particularly within the remodeling, renovation, or home construction industries. This role calls for a strategic leader with a strong track record in coaching teams, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales performance. Success in both remote and hands-on management environments is essential to be successful in this role. The position requires approximately 25% travel.

The US Sales Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of 8 Sales Executives across the US to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver on national sales goals across all product categories and service offerings.
  • Improve sales conversion rates and implement strategies for sustainable growth.
  • Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing through regular team meetings.
  • Continuously refine and enhance sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
  • Build out and track KPIs including outreach, site visits, and closed deals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and budgets.

The US Sales Manager will have the following requirements and skill set:

  • Experience in sales leadership within the remodeling, construction, or consumer sales sectors.
  • Background in B2C sales with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Experienced leader in remote and in person management with a track record of high performing teams.
  • Confident communicator able to negotiate, present and sell.
