Outside Sales - Air & Ocean (m/w/d)
Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Aktiver Außendienstvertrieb für integrierte Logistiklösungen mit Schwerpunkt auf Landverkehr, ergänzt um Luft- und Seefracht sowie Kontraktlogistik
- Verantwortung für die Akquise von Neukunden im B2B-Umfeld sowie systematischer Ausbau des Bestandskundengeschäfts
- Entwicklung individueller, kundenorientierter Logistik- und Transportkonzepte entlang der Supply Chain
- Eigenständige Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Kundenterminen sowie Präsentation komplexer Logistiklösungen auf Entscheiderebene
- Erstellung von Angeboten, Durchführung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Abschlussverantwortung
- Enge Abstimmung mit internen Fachabteilungen (Operations, Disposition, Customer Service, Pricing) zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Umsetzung
- Kontinuierliche Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung zur Identifikation von Vertriebs- und Wachstumspotenzialen
- Pflege der Vertriebspipeline, Forecasting und Reporting im CRM-System

Profil:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Logistik- oder Speditionsvertrieb
- Ausgeprägte Hunter-Mentalität mit hoher Abschlussstärke
- Sicheres Auftreten auf Entscheiderebene und starkes Verhandlungsgeschick
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
