Business Development Manager
📍 Location: Georgetown, KY | Hybrid | Full-time | $65,000 - $80,000 + Uncapped Commissions
This is a hunter-style role where you'll have the autonomy to shape your own business development strategy and drive growth across process-heavy industries. We're looking for someone who thrives in a flexible, self-directed environment and knows how to turn technical insight into customer value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently identify and pursue new business opportunities in life sciences, chemicals, and manufacturing.
- Use your knowledge of Rockwell, Allen-Bradley PLCs, and DCS platforms to consult with clients and design solutions.
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, and closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams while maintaining control over your sales strategy and territory approach.
Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years in business development or technical sales.
- Strong command of Rockwell Automation, Allen-Bradley, and system integration.
- Proven success in complex sales cycles and strategic account growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field preferred.
