Wir suchen für einen Kunststoffhersteller in Baden-Württemberg eine engagierte und lösungsorientierte Führungskraft als Stellvertretung der Werkleitung mit exzellenten Entwicklungsperspektiven.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung und Vertretung des Plant Managers in der operativen und strategischen Steuerung des Standorts mit 350 Mitarbeitenden
- Führung von 2 Direct Reports in Schlüsselbereichen der Produktion
- Identifikation von Herausforderungen und proaktive Entwicklung von Lösungsansätzen
- Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung von Transformationsprozessen und Lean-Initiativen
- Sicherstellung einer klaren Kommunikation zwischen Shopfloor und Managementebene
Ihr Profil:
- Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Produktionsbereichen in der Kunststoffindustrie
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, Probleme frühzeitig zu erkennen und strukturiert zu lösen
- Konzeptionelles Denken gepaart mit Hands-on-Mentalität
- Kommunikationsstärke auf allen Ebenen - vom Produktionsmitarbeiter bis zum C-Level
- Ambitioniert, mit dem Ziel, mittelfristig mehr Verantwortung zu übernehmen
