Domestic Logistics Manager
Company Profile: This client is looking for a Domestic Logistics Manager to support U.S. transportation operations across LTL, Small Parcel, and Truckload. This person will be responsible for managing outbound freight and providers, rate negotiations, and day-to-day management This role is a good fit for someone who is a self‑starter, comfortable learning new systems and processes, and interested in contributing to a team that is growing quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily transportation operations and team development
- Manage carrier relationships, pricing activities, and RFP processes
- Analyze transportation data to identify efficiency and cost‑saving opportunities
- Monitor and improve KPIs, including on‑Time Delivery and carrier compliance
- Maintain TMS updates, tariffs, and documentation
- Assist with freight invoice audits and financial accuracy
- Participate in process improvement and automation efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Experience with LTL operations, TMS platforms, and carrier billing
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and solve problems
- Interest in learning and adapting within a growing environment
This is a full time permanent role based in Dallas that requires you to be onsite 3 days a week.
