We are seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to upholding the highest standards of employee safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance. In this role, you'll lead EHS initiatives, engage employees, and enhance systems to safeguard human health and the environment, while fostering a culture of safety excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee EHS programs to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company standards across multiple sites.
  • Lead safety training initiatives for manufacturing and shipping operations, including OSHA, EPA, DOT/IATA/IMDG requirements, and daily safety talks.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations, recommending corrective and preventive measures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Collaborate with site managers and corporate teams to implement consistent safety programs and best practices, including periodic visits to remote locations.
  • Maintain and update EHS systems and documentation, including SAP data entry, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), VOC/HAP databases, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Safety Science, Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field (preferred).
  • 4-6+ years of experience in EH&S and manufacturing operations, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Certifications in manufacturing-related safety and Industrial Hygiene experience are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Class I, Division 1 safety requirements or Process Safety Management preferred.
  • Experience with federal, state, and local permitting (air, spill control, DOT, hazardous waste).
  • Proficiency in SAP (preferred) or other ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with plant management daily.
