We're seeking a motivated Engineering Manager to support daily engineering operations at our Lynchburg, VA manufacturing facility. This on‑site role works closely with Project Engineers and leadership while serving as the primary liaison for our remote Engineering Manager.
As The Engineering Manager You Will...
- Overseeing daily manufacturing engineering activities
- Troubleshooting production floor issues
- Improving processes, documentation, and methods
- Collaborating with quality, production, design, and maintenance teams
- Supporting CI/Lean initiatives and equipment or process implementations
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and AS9100
As The Engineering Manager You Should Have...
- Bachelor's in Mechanical, Plastics, or related Engineering field
- 5+ years in injection molding or plastics manufacturing
- Past Managing or supervisory experience
- Experience in regulated environments preferred
- Strong hands‑on problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills
