Key Responsibilities

As an Executive Sales Manager, your primary mission is to drive revenue growth and expand market share in Ocean and Air Freight services. Your responsibilities will include:

Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Stuttgart region, aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations with high-value clients, ensuring competitive pricing and service excellence.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor for their logistics needs.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities and enhance customer satisfactions

    Qualifications & Experience
  • To succeed in this role, you should bring:

    • Several years of experience in Ocean and Air Freight sales within the freight forwarding industry.
    • Excellent communication skills in both German and English (spoken and written).
    • Availability for regular travel within the Bundesland of Baden-Württemberg.
    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
    • A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
