This role will be responsible for a team of 45 and manage a spend of $1.5billion USD.
We're seeking an experienced procurement leader to drive strategic sourcing, supplier management, and operational excellence across Hong Kong. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape procurement strategy locally while aligning with global objectives and delivering measurable commercial value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all procurement activities in Hong Kong, translating global strategies into effective local execution.
- Manage third-party relationships, procurement operations, travel & events, and accounts payable.
- Oversee BPO service delivery, ensuring performance, capacity, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Develop and execute sourcing initiatives, leveraging both supply and demand-side levers to optimize value.
- Own procurement-related risk, compliance, contract governance, and audit resolution.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, influencing senior leadership and business partners.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven leadership in procurement, with deep sourcing and supplier management expertise.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills across regional and local levels.
- Ability to manage complex supplier ecosystems and drive post-contract value creation.
