International Key Account Manager

We are partnering with a pioneering global manufacturer in the electric mobility space to find a dynamic International Key Account Manager. This role is ideal for a strategic sales professional with deep experience in commercial vehicles and international fleet management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for major fleet and logistics clients.
  • Identify and secure new international accounts, building long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the primary liaison for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and after sales teams.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business development.
  • Deliver regular sales forecasts, reports, and strategic insights to leadership.
  • Represent the client at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Automotive, or related field.
  • 5+ years in key account management or B2B sales in commercial vehicles/logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet operations and electric vehicle trends.
  • Proven success managing international accounts and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, multicultural environments with international travel.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
