A leading global company in the natural ingredients industry is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee facility operations, drive efficiency, and ensure optimal performance of maintenance activities. This role is ideal for a strategic leader passionate about safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment and ensure adherence to environmental regulations.
  • Maintenance Planning: Lead short- and long-term maintenance strategies to support production goals.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize systems such as SAP and Prometheus to analyze KPIs and implement corrective actions.
  • Asset & Risk Management: Partner with reliability teams to proactively monitor and manage equipment performance.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage maintenance budgets and promote cost-effective practices.
  • Vendor Relations: Oversee contractor selection, bidding processes, and spare parts inventory.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of 10 direct reports, fostering collaboration and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a drive for innovation.
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial planning.

Preferred Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (strongly preferred).
  • CMRP certification is a plus.
  • Expertise in maintenance reliability, preventative maintenance, and root cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with SAP and KPI-driven decision-making.
  • Industry experience in food, pharmaceutical, or refinery sectors is advantageous.
