Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced manufacturing processes to solve complex production challenges.
- Conduct process analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, fabrication, tooling, and suppliers.

- Design and optimize tools, fixtures, and equipment layouts to support production goals.
- Ensure product and process quality through testing methods and statistical analysis.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).

- Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization.
