A leading global engineering organization is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join its high-performance team in Texas. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving innovation, improving manufacturing processes, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge aerospace technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced manufacturing processes to solve complex production challenges.
  • Conduct process analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, fabrication, tooling, and suppliers.
  • Apply Lean and continuous improvement principles to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Design and optimize tools, fixtures, and equipment layouts to support production goals.
  • Ensure product and process quality through testing methods and statistical analysis.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.
  • Evaluate capital equipment investments and prepare cost justifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably within aerospace or precision engineering environments.
  • Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools and statistical analysis software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
