In dieser zentralen Schlüsselrolle treiben Sie die unternehmensweite Weiterentwicklung und Modernisierung eines international ausgerichteten Industrieunternehmens voran. Als direkter Sparringspartnerin des CEO arbeiten Sie eigenständig, strategisch und zugleich operativ eng in folgenden Bereichen:
Transformation & Umsetzung
- Verantwortung für globale Transformations- und Verbesserungsprogramme mit Schwerpunkt auf dem deutschen Hauptstandort
- Steuerung zentraler Initiativen in Operations, Produktion, Supply Chain und Engineering
- Erstellung von Business Cases, Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Aufbau effektiver Management‑Routinen
- Vorbereitung und Moderation von CEO‑Formaten sowie Steuerung relevanter Gremien
- Leitung des Transformationsbüros und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften beider Unternehmensbereiche
Operational Excellence & Lean
- Analyse von Wertströmen, Engpässen und Prozessstabilität
- Mitarbeit an Lean-/OPEX‑ sowie Cost‑Down- und Performance-Programmen
- Entwicklung praxisnaher KPI‑Systeme und Performance-Routinen
Organisation & Struktur
- Bearbeitung von Rollen-, Verantwortlichkeits- und Schnittstellenthemen
- Unterstützung bei Organisationsentwicklung und Strukturfragen
- Etablierung transparenter Entscheidungsrhythmen über Unternehmensbereiche hinweg
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Relevante Erfahrung in Transformation, OPEX, Lean, Performance Improvement oder Beratung
- Erfahrung im industriellen Umfeld (idealerweise Maschinenbau / mechanische Fertigung)
- Strategische Stärke kombiniert mit Hands-on-Mentalität und hoher Umsetzungsorientierung
- Kommunikative Kompetenz vom Shopfloor bis zum Vorstand
- Servant-Leadership-Mindset und Fähigkeit, Menschen mitzunehmen und Barrieren abzubauen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
