Position Summary
The Packaging Engineer II will play a critical role in developing and optimizing packaging systems that support product performance, cost efficiency, and sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities
- Lead packaging development projects from concept through commercialization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, procurement, and operations.

- Partner with suppliers to explore new materials and technologies.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, sustainability enhancements, and packaging standardization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 3+ years of experience in packaging development, preferably in consumer goods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials including flexible films, rigid containers, cartons, and corrugated.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Work Environment
This role involves both office-based work and time on the production floor. Candidates must be comfortable sitting at a desk for extended periods and standing or walking during plant visits and trials.
