We are recruiting for an exciting Procurement Manager - Marketing opportunity with a leading global company in the personal care/FMCG sector, based 3 days per week in Paris. This is a hands-on role focused on sourcing for the French market, offering a highly visible and rewarding position where your impact will be immediate and undeniable-there's no hiding from making a difference here!
Opportunity: Procurement Manager - Marketing
In this role, you will manage procurement across key marketing categories including media buying, digital services, creative agencies, and marketing technology. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with brand and marketing goals, while driving supplier performance and cost efficiency.
You'll be joining one of the most renowned cosmetics players in the market, so the world is your oyster when it comes to the ceiling of growth and opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead supplier negotiations and implement cost-effective sourcing strategies across marketing categories.
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, and digital teams to align procurement with business objectives.
- Own procurement processes and drive strategies that deliver efficiency and ROI.
- Operate in a highly visible, hands-on role with direct impact on the French market.
Requirements:
- Proven procurement experience in marketing procurement - media, digital, creative, martech, etc (essential - must be visible in your CV).
- Background in personal care, FMCG, cosmetics, or similar industries is a plus.
- Strong supplier management, cost optimization, and strategic sourcing skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; French is a plus.
