Procurement Manager
Overview:
The Procurement Manager will play a critical role in supporting projects across renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. This position requires strong supplier relationship management, strategic sourcing, and risk mitigation to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance for complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to negotiate optimal value and ensure quality of materials and services.
- Monitor and analyze supplier performance, financial stability, and contractual compliance; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Request and review vendor submittals as needed.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Project Managers and Estimators, providing procurement guidance and support.
- Participate in supplier selection and ongoing management processes.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to plan procurement activities aligned with project schedules.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate vendor-related risks.
- Work closely with Operations and Project Management teams to ensure quality compliance and address non-conformance issues promptly.
- Attend and contribute to project planning meetings.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate design reviews for compliance with codes and contract requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures; assist in refining procurement policies and best practices.
- Resolve policy-related concerns and maintain compliance standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management within energy, infrastructure, or construction sectors.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and risk management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and contract management.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
