Regional Sales Manager

DSJ Global is currently partnered with a luxury appliance manufacturer seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for our client in the Midwest region. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, revenue growth, and profitability across all accounts in the territory. Reporting to the VP of Sales West, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute sales strategies, expand account presence, and deliver in-store and online success.

Responsibilities

  • Grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities to increase market share and profitability.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet channel targets.
  • Manage dealer relationships and performance metrics across the territory.
  • Conduct regular onsite visits for training and account management (4+ days in the field).
  • Collaborate with Marketing, E-Commerce, and Builder Sales teams to maximize exposure and growth.
  • Act as primary contact for product information, training, and sales programs.
  • Secure display opportunities and strengthen key customer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and report insights to leadership.
  • Support contract negotiations and onboarding for new accounts.
  • Manage promotional calendars and pricing compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 5+ years of sales management experience.
  • Strong background in account management and business development.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerBI.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to core values.
