Why is this role exciting?
You'll take ownership of indirect procurement and lead strategic projects with direct influence over millions of euros in spend. You'll negotiate smart contracts, build strong supplier relationships, and ensure internal stakeholders always get what they need-on time and at the best value. Plus, you'll collaborate with international teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What will you be doing?
- Manage procurement activities for indirect goods and services.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery conditions.
- Lead strategic sourcing and capex procurement projects.
- Build and maintain a robust supplier network to ensure continuity and quality.
- Support the implementation of modern procurement systems (such as Coupa).
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, and European procurement teams.
What do you bring?
- Minimum 3 years' experience in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Solid knowledge of procurement processes.
- Experience with SAP and ideally Coupa.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Results-driven, innovative, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
