Supply Chain Director - OEM
Our client is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to oversee the Supply Chain Teams across China and SEA markets. This role drives end‑to‑end supply chain performance-from planning to customs-ensuring on‑time, high‑quality, and cost‑efficient order fulfillment.
You will shape strategy, strengthen supplier/customer partnerships, and lead continuous improvement to support the company's long‑term growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead supply chain strategic planning, operations as well as procurement functions to ensure production lead-time and order management meets standards
- Ensure strong delivery performance and fulfillment of customer commitments
- Set team strategy, KPIs, and improvement plans
- Enhance workflows and optimize ERP processes for speed and efficiency
- Build high-performing teams; drive organization restructuring as needed
- Engage directly with customers and suppliers to protect and advance company interests
Job Requirements
- Associate Degree or Degree holder witin engineering background is desired but not a must
- At least 10 years of expereince within ODM or OEM industry is required, consumer or industrial sectors are considered
- Hands-on leadership experience in Asia markets including China and SEA regions
- Strong track record in team building and organization transformation
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills with shareholders
- Fluency of English and Mandarin Chinese is a must
