This is a high-impact Vice President of Operations role reporting directly to the COO. You'll take ownership of a multi-functional operation spanning logistics, fleet, and administrative services-bringing structure, accountability, and scalability to a business that's continuing to grow quickly.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and align day-to-day operations across multiple business units
- Build a KPI-driven culture focused on service, efficiency, and execution
- Partner closely with the executive team to turn growth strategy into operational results
- Develop and coach a team of senior leaders across operations and support functions
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive scale and consistency
- Ensure a high level of service delivery and customer satisfaction across the organization
What We're Looking For:
- Senior operations leadership experience within logistics, transportation, automotive, or a related environment
- Proven ability to scale and improve operations in a high-growth setting
- Experience leading leaders and building strong, accountable teams
- A hands-on, data-driven operator who can balance strategy with execution
