CI Manager
You will lead the execution of processes to eliminate losses while developing strategies to improve organizational growth by reducing non-value-added activities and ensuring continuous improvement. With plant leadership, you will work with hourly and salaried team members in process improvement activities.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities:
Provide coaching and subject matter expertise to site leaders of all CPS Pillars.
Own multiple CPS Pillars, including Focused Improvement (FI), Continuous Skills Development (CSD), and Autonomous Manufacturing Development (AMD).
Collaborate with other functions within the site to drive continuous improvement activities and results in all areas of the plant.
Coach teams to analyze data, prioritize projects, use problem-solving tools, and implement systemic solutions.
Lead the execution of projects to deliver Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Promote critical CPS concepts every day through coaching and auditing throughout all areas of the plant.
Foster a culture of technological transformation through the use and improvement of digital tools.
Engage with Continuous Improvement leaders at enterprise and plant levels to improve standards, share best practices, and reapply key learnings.
Ingredients Required for Your Success:
Bachelor's degree.
7+ years of plant-based operations experience in food or CPG manufacturing.
7+ years of experience in TPM-based continuous improvements, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and related process improvement systems.
7+ years of management experience preferred
Experience working with production equipment and systems.
Experience optimizing processes including cost reduction, brainstorming ideation, and delivering plant productivity goals
