Position Overview
The Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager is a crucial leader within the EHS team, tasked with advancing the company's safety strategy and ensuring adherence to all pertinent safety and environmental regulations. This role involves spearheading the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of top-tier EHS systems, aiming for a zero-incident, injury-free, and environmentally neutral workplace.
Job Specifications

- Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000
- Location: On-site
- Travel Requirement: 10%
Core Responsibilities
- Formulate and enforce EHS policies and procedures to comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including ISO-14001/ISO-45001 standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety and environmental risks.
- Perform routine safety audits and facility inspections to ensure compliance and identify hazards.
- Provide EHS training to employees, covering safety procedures and emergency response.
- Develop and manage environmental programs, such as waste management, pollution control, and sustainability initiatives.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of EHS activities, including incident reports and compliance audits.
- Foster a culture of safety and well-being among employees.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
