We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager with a strong background in consumer packaging industries to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proven track record in managing complex packaging projects for premium brands, ensuring exceptional quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end packaging development projects for premium personal care product packaging solutions, from concept to production.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with brand standards.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication to deliver projects on schedule.
- Oversee printing processes, artwork approvals, and technical specifications for packaging.
- Drive innovation in sustainable and cost-effective packaging solutions.
Requirements
- 10 + years of experience in consumer premium packaging development and sourcing.
- Strong printing and technical knowledge of packaging materials and processes.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders globally.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (verbal and written).
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.
