We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Manager to join our team and ensure the highest standards of quality in our products and processes.

Job Summary: The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and control processes within the organization. This role will focus on maintaining and improving product quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management within a manufacturing environment, particularly in aluminum extrusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and control processes to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for quality processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant quality standards.
  • Manage customer complaints and work with the production team to resolve quality issues.
  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in aluminum extrusion.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance and control methodologies, including ISO standards.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing quality improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software/tools.
  • Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager) is preferred.
