Job Title: Supply Chain Planning & S&OP Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Salary Range: $110,000 - $135,000 base
About the Role
Our client, a fast-growing eCommerce retailer, is seeking a Supply Chain Planning & S&OP Manager to lead and scale their planning function. This role will drive demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and the development of a robust S&OP process to support rapid growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the S&OP process across supply, demand, and inventory functions
- Develop data-driven demand forecasts using sales trends, seasonality, and marketing inputs
- Manage inventory planning to ensure product availability and minimize excess
- Partner with merchandising, operations, and finance to align on forecasts and supply plans
- Identify supply risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies
- Lead monthly S&OP meetings and drive cross-functional alignment
- Analyze KPIs (forecast accuracy, fill rate, inventory turns) and implement improvements
- Support system enhancements and process automation initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in supply chain planning, with strong retail or eCommerce experience.
- Proven success building or leading S&OP processes.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP), and forecasting tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA or APICS a plus).
