Commercial Account Manager
Position Summary:
The Commercial Industrial Account Manager is responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships within the commercial and industrial sectors. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored waste and environmental service solutions, and expanding market presence within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and industrial clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Promote a full range of environmental services including solid waste, recycling, and industrial solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of service offerings, pricing structures, and equipment capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze client needs and recommend service enhancements or upgrades.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within environmental services or industrial sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
