Director of Growth

Our client is on a mission to make bedding better for you and the planet. We're looking for a sharp, well-rounded Director of Growth to lead the eCommerce growth strategy and drive performance across paid media and creative. You'll be at the heart of our growth engine-guiding strategy, creative direction, and execution across channels.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves testing and iterating, and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize our eCommerce growth strategy across DTC and eCommerce to hit revenue targets.
  • Identify new growth opportunities-from sharper positioning and creative angles to untapped channels and audiences.
  • Align paid media strategy with growth goals in close partnership with our media buyer.
  • Lead creative strategy for ads and performance content, ensuring every concept is built to convert.
  • Analyze performance data to uncover insights, guide testing, and optimize the full growth funnel.
  • Get hands-on to support launches, troubleshoot issues, and push growth levers forward.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Client leadership team and external partners to align marketing with product launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal moments.

Experience Preferred:

  • Five (5) years of experience in growth marketing, ideally in high-growth DTC or CPG environments.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success owning performance marketing strategy and creative development.
  • Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, CVR, and other key metrics.
  • Analytical and creative-able to turn data into insights and ideas into impact.
  • Experienced in managing media buyers and creative teams; a strategic leader who's not afraid to dig in.
  • Familiar with Amazon growth strategies and agency partnerships.
  • Highly collaborative, curious, and excited to test, build, and scale quickly.
  • Clear communicator and critical thinker who thrives in fast-paced, iterative cultures.
