With a team of over 1k employees across the U.S., U.K., Mexico, and Malaysia, this leading company provides packaging solutions along with excellent customer service and client relationships.

The Sr. VP Global Sales has these key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Company Leaders to shape and implement forward-thinking commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and outperform competitors across varied markets.
  • Motivate and guide a dynamic team of Sales Directors and Account Executives to exceed goals and deliver strong, profitable results.
  • Work cross-functionally to enhance every customer interaction, refine pricing models, and ensure consistent value throughout the customer journey.
  • Expand market presence by spotting emerging trends and crafting competitive, service-oriented go-to-market strategies.
  • Use CRM tools and pipeline data to strengthen accountability, improve visibility in performance, and boost sales productivity.

The Sr. VP Global Sales should have the following qualifications:

  • 15 plus years of progressive experience, including more than 3 years leading national or global teams.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in scaling manufacturing or packaging businesses through both direct sales and distribution networks.
  • An exceptional communicator and trusted advisor who builds lasting relationships across all levels-from executive leadership to frontline operations.
  • Expert in articulating compelling value propositions and driving measurable outcomes through innovation, margin expansion, and superior customer experience.
  • Willing and able to travel more than 30% to engage with global teams, customers, and strategic partners.
