Maintenance Manager
One of our clients in the food manufacturing agency is looking to bring on a Maintenance Manager in Lebanon, PA. This person will be a critical member of the site leadership and play a crucial role in the productivity of the facility.
Location: Lebanon, PA
Title: Maintenance Manager
Compensation: $115,000-$120,000 + Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the maintenance department across multiple shifts, overseeing staff performance, training, and development.
- Plan, budget, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and production readiness.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and production systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and food quality standards while maintaining all physical assets.
- Collaborate with operations and other departments to drive continuous improvement, maximize efficiency, and minimize downtime.
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual - English/Spanish
- Mechanical/electrical engineering background with extensive technical training and hands‑on maintenance experience.
- 5-7 years of maintenance management in production or food processing environments, including supervising multi‑shift technical teams.
- Strong mechanical aptitude across hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, refrigeration (Ammonia/Freon), HVAC, welding, and fabrication.
- Proven ability to build and manage computerized preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
- Knowledge of GMP, SQF, and OSHA standards, with strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance software.
