Salary: $95,000 - $115,000
Summary:
A reputable packaging manufacturing company is seeking an experienced, hands-on Process Engineer for their Greater Philadelphia facility.
Responsibilities:
The ideal Process Engineer will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide cross-functional engineering support to Technical Services, Production, Graphics Engineering, Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Customers.
- Develop, configure, and optimize print and converting processes from concept through customer application.
- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing methods, product design, material efficiency, tooling, and equipment capabilities.
- Use data-driven analysis to identify process gaps, implement corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.
- Lead Lean improvement initiatives, process control development, and training on new technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications
The ideal Process Engineer will have the following skill set:
- Bachelor's in Engineering
- 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process improvement role within printing or packaging industry
- Experience in graphics, flexographic, rotogravure, or lithographic printing
