Are you a data-driven planner with a passion for turning insights into action? Our client, a leading consumer goods company headquartered in Düsseldorf, is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to drive forecasting accuracy, enhance S&OP processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure optimal product availability across Europe.

Your Impact

Lead the demand planning process for key product categories across multiple markets.
Own forecast accuracy and continuously improve KPIs through data analysis and stakeholder alignment.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Planning to drive a robust S&OP cycle.
Implement best practices in forecasting tools and systems
Provide strategic input to inventory and supply decisions, ensuring customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.

Your Profile

5+ years of experience in demand planning, preferably in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and forecasting tools (SAP IBP, APO, or similar).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
Experience working in matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.
