Position Overview

The company is seeking a Director of Sales to lead commercial initiatives across North and South America. This role is responsible for driving regional revenue growth, expanding market presence, and executing strategic sales initiatives aligned with broader business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has a proven ability to lead teams and deliver consistent growth in a B2B environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets
  • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing sales team, including direct staff and channel partners
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities to drive market expansion
  • Support successful product launches through effective go-to-market planning
  • Monitor performance metrics, pipeline activity, and forecasts, adjusting strategy as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and senior leadership
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive long-term business value
  • Oversee CRM accuracy, including forecasting, pricing, and sales activity tracking
  • Manage regional budgets and control expenses to align with financial objectives

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of experience in regional or senior-level sales leadership roles
  • Strong background in B2B sales; B2C experience is a plus
  • Experience in print, packaging, instrumentation, or related industrial/technical sectors preferred
  • Proven success in developing and implementing sales growth strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, or similar
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
  • Willingness to travel and operate within a global business environment
