We are partnering with an innovative leader in the NAND storage and semiconductor solutions space to identify an Enterprise Sales Director responsible for driving national growth across the data center and enterprise markets.
This is a high-impact, senior leadership role for a commercially driven executive with deep expertise in enterprise storage, SSD controllers, and data center infrastructure, looking to scale revenue and expand market presence in a rapidly evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Own national revenue growth, including sales strategy, pricing, and go-to-market execution
- Drive new business development through strategic partnerships and customer acquisition
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key enterprise and data center customers
- Align product roadmap and customer requirements to ensure long-term value delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and technology shifts to inform strategy
- Lead and collaborate across sales, marketing, engineering, and global teams
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales / sales leadership
- Proven success in NAND memory, storage, or semiconductor markets
- Strong experience in data center and enterprise SSD / storage solutions
- Deep technical understanding of NAND, storage architectures, and semiconductor technologies
- Track record of building and leading high-performing sales organizations
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
