We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to take ownership of maintenance operations within a complex industrial manufacturing environment. This is an opportunity to lead a skilled maintenance team while driving asset reliability, continuous improvement, and long-term maintenance performance.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary maintenance team, creating a high-performance culture focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement
- Own the site's maintenance strategy, ensuring maximum equipment availability and operational efficiency
- Manage maintenance budgets, resource allocation, and contractor relationships
- Drive preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programmes
- Analyse equipment failures, implement root cause analysis methodologies, and deliver long-term corrective actions
- Establish and monitor KPIs including MTBF, MTTR, OEE, downtime, maintenance costs, and reliability metrics
- Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and EHS teams to improve site performance
- Lead maintenance improvement projects, asset upgrades, and CAPEX initiatives
- Develop succession plans, technical training programmes, and specialist competencies within the maintenance organisation
- Ensure full compliance with statutory, safety, environmental, and company regulations
- Maintain CMMS standards, technical documentation, and asset management processes
Your Profile
- Degree, Meister, Techniker, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline
- Significant maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience leading maintenance teams and developing technical talent
- Strong understanding of asset reliability, maintenance planning, shutdown management, and continuous improvement
- Experience working with industrial production equipment and plant utilities
- Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance best practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Data-driven and commercially minded, with the ability to translate technical improvements into operational results
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and people-development skills
