Maintenance Supervisor

One of our clients in the food and beverage manufacturing industry is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Washington. The Maintenance Supervisor leads the maintenance team in a high-volume food manufacturing facility, overseeing electrical and multi-craft technicians to ensure equipment reliability, support production, and drive safety, accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Location: Selah, WA (relocation available)

Compensation : $85,000- $100,000 + bonus

Shift : Multiple Shifts Open

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop maintenance teams to maximize equipment reliability, uptime, and operational performance.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance programs, work order systems, and maintenance support for plant equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, sanitation, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage SOPs, training initiatives, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support budgeting, inventory control, capital projects, contractor management, and emergency maintenance response.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in food manufacturing, maintenance operations, reliability, food safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial production equipment, automation systems, and facility infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of FDA, OSHA, HACCP, GMP, and other applicable food manufacturing regulations.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, projects, and operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred qualifications include a technical degree or certification, 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, and relevant food safety, reliability, or maintenance certifications.
