Maintenance Manager
Job Summary
The Maintenance Manager will oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the company's facilities and equipment. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Ensure all equipment and systems operate efficiently and comply with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement.
- Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and procurement of tools and spare parts.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
