Compensation: $130,000-$160,000 base + bonus
About the Opportunity
A leading packaging manufacturer is seeking a Reliability Manager to lead maintenance and reliability operations at a high-volume corrugated packaging facility. This leadership role is responsible for building maintenance team capability, improving asset reliability, driving safety performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a multi-craft maintenance team
- Drive a strong safety culture and safe work practices
- Build and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Improve equipment uptime, reliability, and asset utilization
- Partner with operations to support production and customer requirements
- Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and CMMS utilization
- Manage maintenance budgets, spending, and resource allocation
- Identify and execute capital improvement opportunities
- Lead reliability-focused continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive accountability, coaching, and employee development
What You'll Bring
- Experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong electro-mechanical background including PLCs, motors, drives, instrumentation, and mechanical systems
- Experience developing and managing PM/PdM programs
- Knowledge of planning, scheduling, CMMS systems, and maintenance cost management
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development experience
- Ability to influence operational and cultural change
