Role Summary
The Sales Manager is a high-impact, quota-carrying role responsible for driving new business development within a defined territory or vertical market. This position focuses on identifying, targeting, and securing new customer relationships through a consultative sales approach. The role requires ownership of the full sales cycle-from prospecting and qualification through closing-while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and internal sales teams to accelerate growth.

Qualifications
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- 5-10+ years of experience in technical or solution-based sales
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, developing, and closing new business opportunities
- Strong ability to manage a sales pipeline, forecasting, and account strategy
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree required
Preferred:
- Experience selling within technology, industrial, or instrumentation-based environments
- Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling methodologies
