About the Role:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Packaging Sales Manager to lead business development efforts across Florida. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a strong background in packaging solutions and a passion for building long-term client relationships. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities in a competitive and fast-paced market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the Florida region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various industries (e.g., food & beverage, e-commerce, manufacturing)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to deliver tailored packaging solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the packaging industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of packaging materials, technologies, and supply chain dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a regional territory
- Willingness to travel throughout Florida as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
