International Women's Day 2021

At DSJ Global, we value initiatives that advance diversity in End-to-End Supply Chain around the world. We believe in our role in driving gender equality and actively providing women with equal opportunities for career progression.

We understand that the lack of gender diversity and equality in procurement and supply chain are still an issue and there is more work to be done. With this year's theme ‘Choose to Challenge’, we're inviting you to join us in celebrating female achievements and choosing to challenge the status quo.

Next to internal activities such as workshops on discovering unconscious bias and lunch & learn sessions with a speaker from the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (ENEI), we are highlighting some of our key female employees and what International Women's Day means to them.

Additionally, we have invited some of our clients to talk about their efforts in creating a more gender equal world.
