  • Collaborate with internal teams to align training with product updates and improvements.
  • Gather and apply customer feedback to enhance training and support services.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of equipment and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in technical training, support, or customer-facing technical roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical education, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Proficient in remote support tools (Zoom, Teams) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Skilled in reading electrical schematics and guiding troubleshooting.
  • Experience creating training content using PowerPoint and video editing tools.
  • Background in packaging equipment, machinery repair, or electronics is a plus.
