Project Manager

Summary:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead the execution of complex technical projects from quote through commissioning. This role involves managing scope, timelines, budgets, and client communications while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality packaging automation solutions. The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring scope, schedule, and resources are aligned.
• Lead multiple projects from kickoff through delivery and commissioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and sales.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, translating needs into actionable requirements.
• Oversee technical reviews, testing phases, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify risks early, manage scope changes, and drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience managing technical or capital equipment projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, automation, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve project challenges.
• PMP® or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred; packaging machinery experience is a plus.
