Position Overview

The President will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the brand, responsible for driving revenue, profitability, and brand equity across all channels. This role requires a seasoned executive with deep experience in the apparel industry, a strong understanding of consumer behavior, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term strategies that align with the brand's mission, market trends, and growth objectives.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations across product development, merchandising, supply chain, retail, e-commerce, and customer experience.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional executive team to deliver results and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Brand Stewardship: Champion the brand's identity, voice, and values across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and resonance with target audiences.
• Financial Management: Drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels to accelerate growth.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the Board, investors, and key partners to align on strategic priorities and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a senior executive in the apparel, fashion, or consumer goods industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing large, diverse teams.
• Deep understanding of brand strategy, retail operations, and digital commerce.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience scaling a brand and navigating complex growth challenges.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
