Strategic Account Operations Manager
The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for a critical program supporting one of the company's largest data center focused customers. They will be responsible for a $10M+account that have complex inventory, stock, supply chain, and customer facing operation requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operational execution for a large-scale data center customer, overseeing stocking, supply chain coordination, and order fulfillment.
- Proactively drive inventory strategy without reliable demand forecasting, ensuring high product availability while balancing cash flow constraints.
- Lead day-to-day cross-functional coordination across vendors, fulfillment teams, logistics partners, and customer experience stakeholders.
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for the customer, managing regular communication, performance reviews, and issue resolution.
- Demonstrate and reinforce the value delivered through operational excellence, analytics, and proactive problem-solving.
- Build, refine, and document processes to improve accuracy, speed, and efficiency across stocking, shipping, and order management workflows.
- Develop scalable frameworks to replicate this operational model for additional enterprise customers.
- Identify opportunities for automation, tooling improvements, and workflow optimization.
Qualifications
- 2-7+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, program management, or similar fields.
- Proven experience managing complex, high-volume accounts or operational programs.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and comfort operating with incomplete data.
- Track record of building processes from scratch and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage directly with enterprise-level customers.
- High degree of ownership, urgency, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
