If you're someone who enjoys solving mechanical puzzles, digging into data, and making equipment run smoother and longer - this could be a great fit.
What You'll Be Doing
- Running and improving vibration analysis programs - collecting data, building routes, interpreting results, and writing reports.
- Getting hands-on with motors, pumps, gearboxes, and fans to figure out what went wrong and how to prevent it next time.
- Helping shape predictive maintenance strategies and reliability-centered maintenance plans.
- Working closely with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to prioritize fixes and improvements.
- Using tools like vibration analyzers, ultrasound, thermography, and more to monitor equipment health.
- Leading projects that reduce downtime and extend the life of critical assets.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience with vibration analysis/rotating equipment.
- BS in Mechanical Engineering
- ISO Category III or IV certification (or equivalent) is a big plus.
- Comfortable using CMMS systems (like SAP or Maximo) and condition monitoring software.
