Operations Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize production processes across multiple manufacturing sites. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, standardizing processes, and leading change initiatives to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record in managing complex operations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Production Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are consistently met.
Process Standardization & Optimization:
- Develop and implement standardized processes across all sites to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks and lead initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
Operational Excellence:
- Drive continuous improvement programs using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve operational goals.
Leadership & People Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop site managers and operational teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Change Management:
- Champion transformation projects to align operations with strategic objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in multi-site management and process standardization.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Change management experience in complex operational settings.
