This hybrid role requires an office presence 1-2 times per week, offering the best of both in-office collaboration and flexible work. Key Responsibilities
- Design, document, and implement standardized supply chain processes, ensuring consistent execution across departments and facilities.
- Develop and deliver training programs, create SOPs, and coach staff on Lean principles to build frontline capability.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct audits, and provide actionable feedback to drive improvements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identify performance gaps, and apply structured problem-solving methodologies, such as A3 and Kaizen.
- Ensure supply chain alignment with clinical workflows, supporting product standardization and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with digital technology, analytics, and business intelligence teams to optimize data structure and streamline processes.
- Execute complex data analysis to support strategic decision-making in areas such as productivity, quality metrics, and resource utilization.
Required Skills and Experience
- Continuous Improvement: Proven experience in applying Lean/Six Sigma principles and driving sustainable change.
- Supply Chain Expertise: Strong background in supply chain processes and operational improvement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Expertise in analyzing and interpreting data, with a focus on KPIs and compliance metrics.
- Collaboration: Ability to foster partnerships across departments and work effectively with clinical and technical teams.
- ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP processes and data, particularly Oracle Cloud, is an advantage.
- Experience in Healthcare/ Hospitals is preferred
