- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 8+ years in distribution or supply chain leadership, ideally in luxury or premium consumer goods.
- Expertise in multi-channel distribution and international logistics.
- Strong analytical, financial, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with WMS, ERP, and OMS systems; Excel required.
